The Dallas Arts District Announces Grand Opening of Ticket and Information Desk
The media and public are invited to attend the Grand Opening of the Dallas Arts District Ticket and Information Desk Presented by Cadillac, which will feature special performances, giveaways, ribbon cutting, remarks by arts leaders, and refreshments by La Duni Latin Kitchen & Coffee Studio. The nationʼs largest arts district extends its presence outside of downtown Dallas for the first time, and aims to reach wider audiences, with the introduction of a permanent and fully staffed ticket and information desk located at NorthPark Center, which has a long-standing tradition of integrating art into the shopping experience.
Grand Opening on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at 10:45 am; Desk is open for business during regular mall hours, 10 am to 9 pm, Monday through Saturday, and 12 pm to 6 pm on Sunday. Holiday hours vary. Special opening week discounts and tickets available to select Arts District organizations at Ticket and Information Center from April 26 through May 2. Giveaways presented throughout opening day on April 26.

The Ticket and Information Center is staffed with Arts District Ambassadors to assist patrons with information and tickets to performances and events for the many Dallas Arts District organizations, including: Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Anita N. Martinez Ballet Folklorico, Arts District Chorale, AT&T Performing Arts Center, Childrenʼs Chorus of Greater Dallas, Crow Collection of Asian Art, Dallas Black Dance Theatre, Dallas Film Society, The Dallas Opera, Dallas Museum of Art, Dallas Theater Center, Dallas Wind Symphony, Fine Arts Chamber Players, Greater Dallas Youth Orchestra, Metropolitan Winds, Nasher Sculpture Center, Orchestra of New Spain, Texas Ballet Theater, TITAS and Turtle Creek Chorale.
